Russell Hall began his career in the utility business in 2009 after earning an Electrical Engineering degree from Texas A&M University. He joined CenterPoint Energy’s Transmission Engineering department and transitioned to their Engineering Materials and Standards group in 2011. Russell’s responsibilities at the utility focused on vendor evaluation and material testing for the utility’s transmission and substation groups. After completing his Professional Engineering license in 2013, Russell shifted to factory acceptance testing and maintenance evaluation of CenterPoint’s high voltage breakers and substation transformers. In 2016, Russell joined Hubbell Power Systems as a Territory Manager responsible for the Houston, South Texas, and eventually East Texas electric utility markets. In joining the Keasler Associates team in 2019, Russell will initially focus on specific customers in the Houston area such as CenterPoint Energy and Mas-Tec/EC Source Services.
